Performance Program

The Essential Performance Program at Training Zone delivers results. Simple. A structured program that progresses the client from tissue preparation and joint mobility, to strength and power development. A fusion of exercise science and practical application, the beauty is in the simplicity. Done consistently 2 to 3 sessions per week, we are confident of the efficacy of our system. This training system works for the everyday client as well as the athlete, whether you are young, old or in between.
We assess/screen each client/ athlete to identify any deficiency in common movement patterns and apply corrective strategies to the individual within the program. In this way, progression continues, and individual needs are met.
The program becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered.
Groups are limited to 8 people maximum to allow for individual attention.

Middle School Sports Performance Programs

Middle School athlete groups are designed for young athletes ages 11 years old through 14 and will give your young athlete a leg up on the competition. Our emphasis is on teaching young athletes the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a safe learning environment. This program is 60-75 minutes in length with 1-6 athletes per group and incorporates all elements of our proven programs modified for the younger athlete.

High School Sports Performance Programs

High School athlete groups are designed for athletes ages 14-18 and made to enhance the performance of your young athlete in any venue they choose. We aim to help your high school athlete feel stronger, faster, and more powerful than the competition. This program is 60-75 minutes in length with 1-6 athletes per group and incorporates all elements of our proven program and is enhanced to suit the needs of the maturing athlete.
